Privacy policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
North Technology Labs protects the personal information you entrust to it. This policy explains simply what we collect, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
Through the contact form: your name, your email and the content of your message. If you write or call us, we also receive what you send us.
Like any website, our server temporarily records technical data, such as IP address and browser, to keep the site secure and working properly.
Why we use it
To answer your request and follow up on your project, and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing without your agreement.
Your consent
By sending the form, you agree that your information will be used for the purposes described here. You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tool.
Who has access
Only the people who need it to handle your request have access. We use two providers: Hostinger to host the site and Google Workspace for email. Your information may therefore be stored or processed outside Quebec and Canada.
Retention
A backup copy of the form is deleted from our server after 90 days. Email exchanges are kept as long as needed for follow-up, at most three years after the last exchange, unless the law or a contract requires longer. They are then deleted.
Security
The site is encrypted with HTTPS and access to information is limited. No measure removes all risk; if an incident could cause you serious harm, we will notify you as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or remove your information by writing to the person in charge below. You may also contact Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
